to qualify for an exchange, refund or credit, any defects with item must be reported within 7 days from shipped date. kindly e-mail us at love@lustmonday.com with pictures of the defective item. for items that are deem defective by lustmonday.com, we will exchange for the same item if it is still in stock, or a full refund if that particular item is out of stock.
